Electrical Works At Hudayriyat & Kizad Substations For TRANSCO :

We are currently working as a subcontractor for full electrical works at the Hudairiyat and KIZAD substations under TRANSCO. Our scope includes the Installation, Termination, and Testing of LV and HV Electrical systems in compliance with TRANSCO and ADDC standards. The work covers cable Tray Routing, Earthing, Lighting, and panel connectionsAll activities are carried out in coordination with the main contractor and site consultant to ensure timely delivery, operational safety, and high-quality workmanship.

Comprehensive High-Voltage Electrical & Infrastructure Works – Marina Mall

We carried out the supply, installation, and commissioning of a complete 11kV switchgear system at Marina Mall. This involved precise concrete foundation cutting (3112 mm x 653 mm x 800 mm) using layered gasoline saw techniques, followed by debris removal and surface preparation. The switchgear foundation was constructed to meet structural safety and engineering compliance, enabling seamless system integration.

We prepared a detailed engineering report for trench dimension modification at Marina Mall’s electrical room. Deliverables included stability calculations, site visits by engineers and consultants, and approval of technical drawings. We also fabricated and installed a steel support structure with epoxy paint and solid block masonry, ensuring full compliance with structural safety regulations.

ADPAC Store Refurbishment – Mussafah

We successfully completed the comprehensive refurbishment of the ADPAC store in Mussafah. The project included installation of 50mm non-corrugated sandwich panel partitions, corrugated metal sheets above the false ceiling, and 600x600 mm aluminum ceiling tiles. Additional scope involved fitting sliding doors, fire exits, windows, and epoxy floor coating using Jotun paint. Structural reinforcements were added for enhanced stability, and all works complied with ADM/ADCD standards. The turnkey project was delivered on a lump-sum basis and backed by a 24-month warranty.

Office Renovation - ELMEC Head Office, Unit 707

We executed a full interior renovation for ELMEC’s head office at Unit 707. The project included refurbishment of partition walls, repainting, upgraded flooring, and installation of modern fixtures — all tailored to enhance workspace functionality while aligning with the client’s design vision. Work was completed with minimal disruption to daily operations.

Meeting Room Renovation – ELMEC Office 701

This renovation project covered the full refurbishment of the meeting room at ELMEC Office 701 (650 cm x 450 cm x 270 cm). The scope included removal of old finishes, repainting, installation of new wallpaper and skirting, and redesign implementation — resulting in a clean, modern meeting environment aligned with the updated interior layout. We executed complete flooring replacement for two meeting rooms. The scope included demolition and disposal of the existing flooring and skirting, followed by installation of waterproof LVT wooden flooring and matching wooden skirting. Precision finishing ensured seamless integration with existing interior elements.
